I submitted a bug report for this but wanted to post it here as well.
I went to craft Willows Path Set and I can't craft higher then VR9, I can change the amount of Void Cloth I use, I attempted this but it still only gave me a VR9 item.

So much for fixing the crafting bug that dropped the item level down to the bottom level of the material you selected after creating an item. Now we can't create anything over V9?NA Server - Kildair0 -
alkoriak✭✭✭In the known issues they say there are problems with medium and heavy armor when trying to add more mats, so it's also with light armor?0

Jennifur_Vultee✭✭✭✭✭They probably didn't know about it affecting light armor or forgot to list it because it seems to affect all crafting.

General
•Inferno and its morphs are currently displaying double the Spell Crit on the Character screen.
•Leveling up with Expert Hunter slotted reduces the Crit Bonus displayed on the Character screen.
•If you increase the number of materials while crafting, you will run into issues crafting the following items:
•Restoration Staves
•Shields
•Heavy Armor
•Medium Armor

✭I just tried the Hundings station in Broken Arch and confirmed you cannot go past level V9 for any crafting, woodworking, blacksmithing or clothing. Increasing the material does nothing.
