For the most part I think Vamps are fine as they are. Not too over powered and if you put the effort in you get something nice. But I feel we vamps need more active abilities, or make the passives we have now more practical.
The active abilities I suggest would be as follows.
Dark sprint: Turn invisible and have increased sprint speed for 4sec.
That's it for active, the passive I suggest is this.
An upgrade to savage feed.
Thralling feed: Essentially the person you feed off of follows you and fights for you for 60sec, after that they die.

Did not know that... last I checked it still did. Though if that caused issues with Scroll runners, then color me unsurprised.0 -

It doesn't increase speed AS MUCH anymore but I think it still does it some. I play around with it quite a bit when getting from place to place. The real problem is that it just is kind of worthless for PvE when there are far more useful Sorc skills I can put on my bar.
