Resist flame - nerfed, weak, bugged?

This passive is much weaker right now on pts vs live. The damage reduction vs fire is very very little.

Tested on a vr2 scamp. It reduced damage on a consistent ability (a fireball) from 1988 to 1915

I'd guess the other racial passives are probably affected the same way.

    A few people have noticed this as well in this thread.

    If you chose Dunmer to be a vamp, combined with the situation on glyphs, you may end up taking more damage from flame than in live. Which is why I'm hoping that they will look into the feedback posted as a possible bug.

    It's like 3% from that test, though that could change with spell resist I guess.

    I hope this is an oversight, because it's a lot better on live. There are several races with elemental resists, are these all worthless?

    I just made a Dunmer Nightblade a few weeks ago with going vampire in mind only to find out that as soon as I pick the race they nerf the passive, it's pretty annoying.

    I could be a bug, but they brought it up in the Dev Livestream on Friday and the Combat designer Eric totally avoided answering the question. So now it might be on purpose i'm not so sure.

    Hopefully more people voice their support in this thread so it attracts the dev's attention.

    Doesn't matter.

    Someone said Vampire as a reply somewhere in this thread, which means no staff will ever look at this thread now.
    Only forum mods will read this to get rid of bad language.

    It seems it's not only the racial that is nerfed. It's also the glyphs , as others have mentioned and also I am not certain if the Elemental Defender star at the Lady constellation is actually working.
    I 've checked this vs scamps and also simply by sitting on the lava pools at Stonefalls and I saw no difference with either 0 or 100 CP investment :(
