Meaningless. New players today can simply purchase multiple sub packages to add up to 300 days. ZOS wants your money!!!

This isn't a vet reward. It is a cash grab. Luckily they recently announced you can buy one from cash shop too. Not soon enough for those who just bought multiple 90 day subs at once.

Not that it really bothers me that much, but why do the initial 30 days not count and why do any compensated days not count? The initial 30 days were paid for by buying the game, and any compensated days were the result of billing issues or SLA breaches on ZOS' behalf.

It just seems like another arbitrary and ill thought out business decision on the part of ZOS. Maybe this is how the define "subbed \ played from launch," but it just seems goofy.

If you are like me and paid every month you will have 11 payments as long as your payment for march is due before the 16th. 10 payments if after the 16th. Either way you have 300 days.

For continuous subscribers?

If you're paying month to month, it looks like May 20th, 2014. (And have actually bought the game by April 15th, I think. (30 free days + the 5 free days for that month.))
If you're on a 3 month sub plan, July 19th, 2014. (You need to have bought the game by June 19th.)
If you were on the six month plan and subscribed after July 7th, you (probably) weren't able to re-up the six month subscription, but, could still qualify if you went to the three month plan (or could re-up) the six month. If your six month sub did get renewed, then you're covered.

There's a couple major caveats. I haven't been keeping track of free days for various issues, so those might be off a couple days if there were any in that range.

You can't. You could buy a half dozen time cards... if you really wanted to spend $150 for the kitty, and redeem them. But that's about your only option on that front.

EDIT: There was a German user who was digging through the PTS build and found additional Senche mount icons in the files for the Crown Store/Collections UI.

Yeah, exactly. The striped variant will be exclusive to people with 300 paid days under the subscription model.

I like how more people are concerned about a tiger to sit on versus the one shot silver bolts and crazy two handed attacks in PVP. But if you're more worried about your cat riding a cat and not a working game please people keep making a new thread about fancy cat mounts. I want a more stable game not some strange mount or stupid ass pet.

The game is on the F2P route. It's now designed to cater to people who care about cosmetics and immersion and will pay for these things. PvP balance is for people who want a fair, competitive experience, and they tend to spend less money on the things that will be available in the crown store.

It's a business decision by ZOS, and is reflected in the community attracted to the game. Don't hate the player, hate the game

Except the "pictures" were data mined and may or may not be the right ones or the final art. Except as of now on PTS there is no senche mount so while confirmed there will be more senche mounts in the store it is NOT confirmed that art work is what they will look like. It also is NOT confirmed when they will be available.

Still think this is all BS, the one's that have helped test this beta from beta to now or March should get a free lifetime sub. Just for the LFG not working all this time should be enough for all of us LOYAL that have been subbed from beta should get free lifetime subs.

We deserve it, not the ones that canceled then came back.

Different people have different priorities.

On PTS, I have done no combat testing and only minimally looked at Champion System and Crown Store. I have done no evaluation of whether my character is better or worse between 1.5 and 1.6, but I know other people are doing that.

I tend to adapt to combat builds, so as long as there is something to adapt to, I will probably be OK. I don't have to be the most powerful character in the game, but others do, and those people are far more fanatic about combat that I will ever be. I am sure they have things covered.

Someone has to play the rest of the game, so I spend my time on PTS doing Justice System, checking out the new tutorial, and this weekend I am going to try provisioning to see what I think of the new provisioning system.

There is actually an official source. Jessica confirmed it during the twitch stream, and if you go to that thread, there's a screen cap of when she confirmed it.

I do believe that the devs need to keep paying attention to the game itself, the cash shop cannot be the sole priority or the game will fail.

So essentially, you just agreed with me. ESPECIALLY if the original 30 days that came with the game do not count. That means everyone will come up 60 days short of this eligibility. Since the game has only been released for a total of 270 days (Minus the 30 for the free 30 days, and 10 give or take for support given days)

NO ONE will be eligible even those subscribing from Day ONE. It's simple math.

The math is simple and you need to go back to elementary school. Three hundred days minus the thirty free days and five days compensation brings you to March 5th. Which gives you twelve days leeway. Which is nice since they gave me an extra two days compensation. Also it helps for those who had a small lapse in their subscriptions do to payment errors. Also, you can if you wish pay for additional time prior to March sixteenth to carry past that date to qualify.

I started playing from release. Not counting the free thirty days I have 8 payments including the current month we are sitting in.( I missed two months.)

8X30 = 240
300- 240 = 60( two months worth of play time)
There's no way to make up those 60 days before the 17th UNLESS I purchase a three month plan before the 17th (which i did)..problem solved.

Surprisingly sweet actually. I'd consigned myself to not getting it because I'd let the gold sellers and a few of the early game bugs drive me from the game for a month. But, I come back, check my billing history, learn that I'll actually cross the threshold into eligible on March 3rd.

It's actually even more than that. If you're on a recurring 3 month plan the grace period means you could have started playing in Mid July and still be eligible. If you're on a recurring monthly, the grace period is actually over a month, because you just need your subscription to reup for the 10th time (either on or before) March 16th.
