Do you meet the 300 days for mount? Easy way to find out

Ok, so I keep seeing people talking about if they meet the 300 days for the tiger mount so I thought I would toss this out there.

Login to your account page, find the first date you were charged with the account and pop it in this website: mikekappel.com/Dates.aspx
then pop in march 16th as end date and there you go.

If you have a lapse in times you will have to put in other end dates etc. and then add them up, but still should give you a clear indication if you are eligible.

As long as you have 300 days paid for before March 16th you get the mount

There's actually an easier and more reliable way to do this. Go to your account page, go to billing history and count how many days you've been billed for.

At 240+, one 60 day time card should do ya.

Actually, strike that. Here's what's problem with @astal360b14_ESO‌ 's system. Time is billed in increments of 30. You literally cannot be at 260. You're at 270. Your next billing cycle should be February 23, which will push you to 300, and you're done.

Or you could simply hit the "home"-button in the menu-stripe, then the "account"-button in the upper left corner, and then check your payment history...

it simply goes by days... x days between what dates you put in... does not matter that they have a 30 day payment model

and as for the 260, maybe he had 10 days between 2 subscriptions where it lapsed.... not to mention some months have 31 days... cant just toss out those days now can you?

Yes you can, since all that matters is the amount of DAYs you have payed and all payment methods for ESO have one thing in common: you pay for x times 30 days.

    small sub = 30 days
    medium sub = 90 days
    large sub = 180 days

game time card = 60 days

There never was payment like "from 1st of month x to 1st of month y".

If you look at your billing history, you'll see you don't actually get 31 days. Subscription times wander through the month. For example my February billing date was the 1st, but my next renewal is March 3rd, because there aren't 30 days in February days.

By the same measure, if you subscribed at launch your first 30 days were paid for on May 9th, but your second month started June 8th. Because you paid for 30 days, not 31.

Also, it only measures paid days. It doesn't care if your subscription if it's actually been active for 300 days. Just if you've paid for them. So, the instant you pay your sub, all 30 days are applied to the counter that matters. In that sense, no, you cannot have 231 days, you have 240, because you've already paid for the 9 days you haven't used yet.

Okay, so what if I achieve my 300 days on March 17th? In other words, I'm one day short.

    :(

Edit: Never mind - I misread another post. I'm good - whew!

You need at least 300 days and be an active member on, 17 March 2015. Not just have at least 300 days.
FYI - There is no such thing as 'night capping' in a world wide MMO.
FYI - There was no paid Beta. When they launched the game the Beta was over, even if you don't think it was.
    FYI - It's B2P not F2P. There is a difference.
FYI - It doesn't take any player skill to mash keys or buttons in this game. The ones that stay alive longer have the better internet connection and speed.
FYI - The game is not broken, it still works. It just has 'bugs' that need to be fixed.
    Balance is a "Bad" thing.

Example: There were hundreds of Jedi and only two Sith in Star Wars. The Jedi wanted, "Balance in the Force" and they got it. Now there are only two Jedi and two Sith.

    Hey there everyone,

To clarify, the information that was posted in the Road Ahead article is correct.
    • You must have paid for 300 days of game time prior to March 16th in order to qualify for the mount.
    • The 300 days of paid time does not need to elapse prior to March 16th.
    • This time does not need to be consecutive.
    • The 30 days of game time that were included with the initial game purchase do not count towards the mount
    • Days compensated by customer support also do not count.
    • You must be an active subscriber when the game transitions to Tamriel Unlimited on March 17th.

^^^ This. Don't forget to STILL be a subscribing member during the conversion on March 17th, 2015. In fact, still be a subscribing member until it appears in your account at least. I plan to continue to subscribe so for me that's not a problem but I can't speak on behalf of everyone of course.

Yeah if you subscribed under the 6th month plan, and it renewed, you're golden.

Yeah if you subscribed under the 6th month plan, and it renewed, you're golden.

The same should be the case if you used, and have kept up, the three month sub. I have been subbed since the beginning and my 3 month just (on the 5th) renewed for the 4th time meaning I have 360 paid game days now,

Yeah, I crunched the numbers in Excel and posted them in one of these threads. But, if you've just kicked over to your fourth 90 day sub, you're covered.

I haven't been playing long enough.... Feels kinda like I'm being punished for arriving late to the party. A bit frustrating, but there no way I'm going to buy six months of membership in advance just to get this horse, and I feel sorry for anyone in my position who does. I have been thinking about cancelling my subscription and spending the money on a different game... Missing out on stuff like this make my choice a heck of a lot easier.... So thank you Zenimax.

About zero. Because you can't pay on a day to day basis. So you've either paid for 270 or 300.

I can't tell if I'm eligible or not.

On 2/4, I bought 90 days. So do all those 90 days count or just until March which is closer to 30 days... Does this mean someone can literally wait until the very last day, purchase 90 days and get 90 days towards the tiger?

Since I used game cards, I literally can't tell what is purchased and what parts were free time. Where in this set up is the free play that came with the game? Is it not listed in the billing history?

2/12/2014 5 days early access <- This was free?
5/2/2014 5 Days Game Time <- This was free.
5/4/2014 60 Days of Game Time
5/4/2014 60 Days of Game Time
9/7/2014 60 Days of Game Time
    11/6/2014 90 Day Subscription
2/4/2015 90 Day Subscription <- This might only be 30 days, but who the hell knows.

So I have anywhere between 270 days and 360 days. Peachy.

But what if this isn't about punishing the people who arrived late but rewarding either those who:
    a) Have been here since release and have remained subbed for that time (thus supporting the game through all of its difficulties and problems).
    b) Are willing to pledge support (in the way of monies) for the game for the next 30/90/180 days.

In either of those cases it isn't you who is being punished but others who are getting something extra for doing something extra. Yes, of course, this is linked to money... we are talking about a business that just fundamentally changed its payment model after all.
