to DEVS and PRODUCERS 300 Day req Impossible to meet.

To devs and producers, I believe you have made a severe miscalculation in your requirements for the Senche Mount. 300 Days is over 10 Months, the game has only been released for 8. (March when the game goes B2P) will only be 9.

There is no possible way anyone can met this requirement, and yet the post states clearly that you are allowing for "Lapses in Subscription". Which is impossible since the eligible player must have "Paid" for 300 days. (10 months) Since the game in March on the 17th. Will have only been out for 9.3 Months.

You all need to revisit these requirements, as NO ONE even someone who has subscribed every single month since release will be eligible for this Mount.

EVERYONE who Made an Account in BETA, or during the release month, and Subscribed at least 2 Months (Non Consecutive" before March 17, should be eligible for this.

THIS is Fair.

Please fix it. And please, do not frack over everyone like you always do... Again. Some of us are getting really tired of it.

    Hey there @Malpherian,

This post clarifies the eligibility requirements for the Senche mount. The second bullet point addresses the concern of this post most directly :).
    • You must have paid for 300 days of game time prior to March 16th in order to qualify for the mount.
    • The 300 days of paid time does not need to elapse prior to March 16th.
    • This time does not need to be consecutive.
    • The 30 days of game time that were included with the initial game purchase do not count towards the mount
    • Days compensated by customer support also do not count.

The game released in June 2014. a Month is 30 days. 6 months would have been December, 6x30 is ONLY 180 days. Add 90 Days to that (March 30th) and you get: 270 Days.

Thats 1 Full Month (30 Days) short of the required Eligibility. And thats IF the game released on the first of June, which it did not.

@Malpherian, you are miscalculating. If I go to my account subscription, I can clearly count 10 sets of "30 days gametime" paid for, and that is as of today on 2/13. So my 300 days of paid time actually completes on March 5, to be technical about it. Although those days don't have to elapse by march 17, so people who missed a month can still be eligible if they missed just one month.

So, yes, even with the free 30 days at the start, there have been enough months to pay for 300 days, even if you lapsed for one month.

It's not impossible. I meet the requirement. A lot of other people do, too. Are you saying we're defying logic by doing something impossible?

No, it's not impossible. It's just not easy. And it shouldn't be easy.

Please note, you have to PAY for 300 days before March 16th, not PLAY 300 days. Which means that even if you missed TWO WHOLE MONTHS of subscription, you can pay 90 days in March 15th, hell, you can even pay 180 days again now if I'm not mistaken. So it's actually fairly possible.

They don't care when you got here or that the time elapsed before the 16th, just that you bought 300 days time before the transition.

    Game release = April 4.
    30 Days which doesn't count = May 4.
    5 Free Days which doesn't count = May 9th.
May 9th + 300 days = March 5th. This also allows for the small lapse in subscription.

I think you need to revise your math, buddy.

So essentially, you just agreed with me. ESPECIALLY if the original 30 days that came with the game do not count. That means everyone will come up 60 days short of this eligibility. Since the game has only been released for a total of 270 days (Minus the 30 for the free 30 days, and 10 give or take for support given days)

NO ONE will be eligible even those subscribing from Day ONE. It's simple math.

This is kind of confusing in a sense. I have subed with the basic 30 day model since launch. Do I have to worry about the calculation somehow ending up in a way that I don't get it.

Let's do some math, shall we? We got 5 compensatory days on May 1st, so if the first billing was on May 6th, then we have 315 days between that day and March 16th the next year.

I'm not sure when exactly the first billing happened. I think it should have been a few days later as the launch was 4.4, no? In any case, about two weeks leeway.

Oh, dear. Nope, look at what @Neizir‌ posted. His math is accurate and it shows that even if you missed a month, you could still get it without having to pay 180 days ahead.

What I am saying is that you can also get it EVEN if you missed MANY months, if you really want it.

Yea that was my bad, I was thinking of the original date for the console release, Still it's a bit unfair I've been around since beta (November 2013) but haven't been able to afford the sub for several months.

A fair system would be giving it to anyone who made an account during the first month of release or whatever. Requiring people to pay for something that is supposedly a reward for "Old Accounts" is bad PR at that very least. It's going to *** a lot of people off.
