Ever since server was restarted i am experiencing 999+ latency every 5-10 minutes.
And my husband is experiencing issues where his items and gold are randomly dissapearing from bank and inventory.
Did one of the hamsters die? Or maybe several?
The hamsters are alive and well . If you're running into connection issues, we ask that you contact customer support with a game consultant file attached. This document will assist them with diagnosing and troubleshooting the issues with the ping spikes.
Meanwhile, if you husband has lost items, please ensure that he creates a support ticket as well. Ask him to include as much information as possible so the support agent will be able to better track what happened. Here's some stuff that would help:
The approximate time the items/gold went missing
The item's name
The item's level
The item's quality (white, green, blue, purple, gold)
The item's quantity (if it was a stack of materials, etc)
Any action that was being performed with the item around the time of its disappearance (deposit/withdraw from a bank/guild bank, traded, mailed, taken from mail, received in a trade, etc)
