Cannot Log In Test Server

No problem at all on live server, or PTS before today, but after patch today every time I try to get in PTS I get a 201 error code and a "Cannot Retrieve Announcements" note. Have repatched, repaired, restarted comp etc. Any ideas???

Sharkano✭✭✭✭FYI for those with any issues, it was Norton. Something in the new patch disagreed with Norton. Shutting it down solved the issue.0
