Sooo is it my EU-ping or is weaponswap getting WORSE WITH EACH UPDATE?

Title says it, ever since 1.3 weaponswap has become more and more unresponsive with each major update.
I can't stand the sight of "Cannot Swap Weapons Now" any longer
All jokes aside, i ask of all PTS-testers to speak up about this.
In a reaction-based game like this EVERY second counts and EVERY push of a button should too, whether it's PVE or PVP.
How many times have i died or casted the wrong ultimate or skill because of this clunky mechanic i wonder.
I recently tried killing some zombies on the spellscar on PTS and after weaponswapping i realized that i'm not casting any AOE, i was casting Evil Hunter over and over and over and emptied all my stamina.
Bottomline, dear ZOS: Weaponswap absolutely HAS to have priority over EVERYTHING in the game and cancel or override ANY action a character is making!
If you're casting a spell and press that button it should work, heck, it should even cancel Alt+F4 if you press it at the same time as the weaponswap-button!!

Fatalyis✭✭✭✭Had a similar issue during a duel last night. I'm watching my opponents health bar while I'm "attempting" to fire off a few Crushing Shocks and wondering why nothing is happening. I look down and I'm almost completely out of Magicka and I've been re-casting Harness Magicka over and over. Had a complete noob moment when I realized what I'd done, but when I went to swap back to my Destro Staff bar, I had the same message pop up.
I've since tried to re-create it, but I haven't had it happen again.0
