Civilian clothes after 1.6.1?

Has anyone got any drops of civilian clothes after 1.6.1? They were uncommon loot in the justice system in 1.6 but I haven't found a single piece pf clothes since 1.6.1 so I wonder if I am just very unlucky or if they have removed them?

    Haven't stolen, err,,, i mean, looked much. However, now that you mention it, I saw nothing in the few minutes I did look.
    Power level to CP160 in a week:
    Where is the end game? You just played it.
    Why don't I have 300+ skill points? Because you skipped content along the way.
    Where is new content? Sigh.

    Yes, I got a couple of pieces last night (gloves/legs) in Mournhold.
    Don't know if the drop rate has changed since 1.6.1 as I was pretty unlucky with the clothing drops before that.

    The drop rate has definitely dropped. I've found two pieces total when before, I had about twenty among my alts. I want the clothes back. ZOS, please increase the drop rate back a little. Maybe not overly but enough we don't have to spend hours to find an outfit.
