Supposed to have access to bought crown store items now?

On PTS I had purchased several items the evening we tested the crown store. A mount, a costume and a pet. Well more than that.. Haha Now that my live characters are wiped from PTS I made a fresh character. I see I have 200 crowns left in crown store. But my new character cannot use the items I purchased in the test the other night. When I press "U" I can only select Mount, pet same as on Live server.
If that is by design its fine.
I just wanted to mention it. I wasn't sure.

✭✭I have no crowns at all, nor characters. I had to make a new templated character and he came with 0 crowns.
I mean what are we supposed to test with that?0 -
mrvbalc✭✭✭Same here, so far dint even get a single crown to use in crown store (in both NA and EU server chars) even after a number of bug reports and feedbacks submitted
