Yep, the answer is always "no" unless you ask. So I ask.... Zenimax, would you please be so kind as to offer 1 gold re-specs while on PTS so that we might full explore the magnitude of the 1.6 skill changes?

Create an alt using the Template and place the gold in bank. That will give you enough gold for the respecs.
