Toggled abilities and new Inferno

Hi, since this is my first thread about PTS this might not belong here.

I really like the new changes of Inferno and also like similar long time buffs like mage light or the leeching attacks from the NBs. But unfortunatly I dont really get to use them that much, because you need 2 skillslots if you want to use them persistent on 2 action bars. Toggling them on everytime you switch back takes some valuable seconds and kinda sucks.

My suggestion for this would be to delete those toggle systems and therefore just make them to long time abilities that you can switch off earlier, similar to the NBs shadow. You activate it, you leave it on as long as you want or until the duration wears of, or you can activate it again to stop it earlier.

This would really open much more diversity for me as Im a PvP player and wouldn't have to deal with the trouble of activating those ablilities over and over and get a much more worthy 2nd skillslot on my offbar.

Pls answer and think about it or suggest other solutions,

    One of the worst examples of this has got to be structured entropy. You have to slot a terrible dot on both bars to get 5% health once. Otherwise you lose that 5% health every time you hotswap.

    Well thats not the best example imo since entropy has a passive while slotted which alot of spells have. You shouldn't use it for the passive but for the active, just like defensive stance.. There's more of a problem with those abilities I described above since your really have to ACTIVATE them, like TAB them and loose 1 sec, in order to get the benefits while entropy is a PASSIVE bonus that activates itself on weapon switch.
