Seriously. I just want a fire/ice/shock resist glyph for levels 15-25. I'm not an enchanter.
There has to be a better way that isn't simply stumbling into a random guild merchant and window shopping. Doesn't there?

✭For guild stores, no, there is no other way. The developers obviously want you to spend a lot of your game time zapping around Tamriel to click on traders.
