Ability Cost needs to be reduced

Like I stated in the title, I think there needs to be a reduction by 15%, Casting 2 Ring of Pres and being out of Stam is not acceptable

✭what armor do you wear?
Armor type shouldn't matter, that ability even in light armor I can cast 4 times in 1.5, and still have stam to block/roll.... 1.6 screwed over alot of ability costs and regen rates... It's sillyAldmeri Dominion For Life!

Darkintellect✭✭✭I can't speak for stamina but magicka, currently at 30k magicka with seducer gear and 3 glyphs that reduce cost I can cast most every spell with my Nightblade Healer and never run low on mana.
Spell cost reduction glyphs are too high in my opinion, but spell power are far too weak. I enchanted two rings and an amulet with V14 gold spell power glyph. The 150ish spell power I got boosted total damage from each spell and heal by 3.6% on average.Edited by Darkintellect on January 30, 2015 11:51PM0 -
