This exactly, most of the TES series has had consequences for breaking into homes, stealing, pickpocketing, or attacking/killing innocent people. It should have been in from the start. I'll be even happier if we get TG and DB questlines (which also should have been in at launch).

I was really excited at first when I saw these new outfit options...but then I saw you had to unequip your armour to wear them.

LOTRO has a really awesome outfit system, and I was hoping ESO would do something similar. Basically you have several different outfit tabs, each of which you have each slot available for an outfit/armour piece you like the look of, that you can wear for cosmetic, while your armour is also equiped for your stats. Pretty much like ESO's disguises, but it allows you to have different items in each slot, rather than one whole outfit put together for you at once. LOTRO also has all cosmetic outfits automatically revert to armour appearance in their PVP zone, that I wouldn't mind in ESO either seeing as that bothers some people.

I agree it's cool, I was just hoping for something a lot cooler and more useful...personally. I guess I was spoiled by LOTRO's cosmetic system. It was so much fun putting different things together for a unique look, and being able to wear it when I wasn't just standing around, like you can with the disguises.

I'm glad to see this too. Not everyone likes to have their clothing choices limited by gender.

I'm sure all this will lead to plenty of enormous male Orcs dancing on tables in pink dresses and the like but bless their hearts! They can finally express themselves through clothing choices without those pesky gender limitations.

Indeed. They are certainly warranted! So often other game additions (like this thread) are basically just screaming out for a cosmetic tab to be added to the game.

If you look at the symbol on her outfit you'll recognize it as the symbol for the underground areas where you fence items. Thieves' Guild symbol? We may get that outfit or similar ones once the TG content is released.

When I first saw her, I immediately thought her insignia looked like some proto version of the Nightingale insignia from Skyrim. Given she shows up in The Rift, I'm not 100% certain she isn't actually Thieve's Guild.

My NB is totally becoming a killer cross dresser.

So ZOS can we please get vanity slots? It's a shame that all of these costumes take armour slots - they're completely useless outside of a safe environment.

On a related note, die anyone get the achievement yet where all of your clothing slots get apprehended by a guard? (There is an achievement for one piece you're wearing getting confiscated as well) I was wondering if there actually exists a piece of clothing for each of my slots. :P
