Question on Amount of Champion Points

According to Wykkyd's toolbar (on live), I have 136%/100% for VR14, and I only received 21/21/20. How are we able to tell the amount of XP we have into VR14? The challenge for me is that I only play 1 primary toon, have done all the quests, dungeons, etc. (I have over 13k achievement points), so I'm not sure what I can do to hit 70 beyond what I am already doing (regular trials, dailies).
