Am I missing something?

ThunderCat✭✭First we are told beginning of January then get PTS late January.
We are told EU characters will be copied first, then to find out NA characters get copied first.
We are then told that we can use Templates. Now to find out that while using Templates you cannot morph skills.
How are we, players from EU, supposed to actually test anything if we can't morph our skills?

This is how it should be. They could come up with a compromise that in a week or so, they unlock morphs without having to level everything up -- that should give players ample time to test the base skills first and then the morphs.0 -

Problem is: people will not do that. We will find unmorphed skills, quit the game and play live instead. There is nothing useful that can be done without the skill morphs.0 -
