How do I download the update for the PTS

I already set the option in my launcher to show public test environment and relaunched the launcher but it's not downloading the 14 GB update.

    It's not out yet. It will be at some point today if all goes well.

    okay thanks. was trying to set it up before I head out to work. Guess I'll just leave the launcher open.

    I think it's because the server is currently down for maintenance (character copy and such). It will start downloading once the servers are back up.

    I left my launcher open so it can download while I'm at work.

    It has been already 2 hours since the shutdown, I hope the character copy is over by now.And maybe 1 to 2 hours more for update to wait, just speculating they should think on EU people also as here is already late afternoon...
