It's never a dead horse til they FIX it. Now please step to the side so I have room to swing this bat. Thank you.
And while I know this subject of the crap lighting in char gen has been addressed before I just wanted to take the opportunity to show them what we want INSTEAD of that.
Yep, I think that darned horse is still breathing. 'Scuse me...

Why on earth are we creating our characters in a dark and shadowy cave when we SHOULD have the lighting that is displayed here at the character selection screen? Also, when working out our characters' faces, why can we not zoom in as close on the face as we can in the character selection screen? The poor lighting and inability to zoom in properly on face is what is responsible for nearly all of the complaints about not being able to delete characters often enough and the requests to be able to RETURN to the character generation screen in order to make changes. FIX this ZOS, the technology to do so is obviously there. Take a minute from creating items for the cash shop and address this issue that has been a severe irritant to your players since launch. PLEASE.
No no no ...
You'll need 200 crowns for appearance change. That's how it works now.

Actually that's 200 crowns for appearance change, 100 crowns for the body art, 100 crowns for the earrings, and and extra 150 crowns for the jeweled head gear.
Hair dye for free, because you're worth it!
(Because you subbed... )
