Writ item location question

Right now in Blacksmith and Woodworking I can craft Ebony and Yew items for the writs. If I move up to being able to make Birch and Calcinium items and getting the writs for them what city do the item go to?

For turn in or initial writ?

For turn in, it will direct you to the end location (hit your (M)ap button while in your journal over the appropriate quest.

Normally they will be in the main city of the particular zone (1-5), followed by CH, followed by Craglorn.

I'm not talking about the surveys but what city the items you have to make for the writs go to. Like Ebony and Yew go to Evermore (for me).

Really I couldn't find where the city progression was laid out for the Daggerfall.

Guess I'll ask ingame to see if anyone else knows or at least can give me a list of the progression for Daggerfall. Like what cities 6/9, 7/9, 8/9 and 9/9 metalworking and woodworking writ items go
