Writ item location question

Right now in Blacksmith and Woodworking I can craft Ebony and Yew items for the writs. If I move up to being able to make Birch and Calcinium items and getting the writs for them what city do the item go to?

For turn in, it will direct you to the end location (hit your (M)ap button while in your journal over the appropriate quest.
Normally they will be in the main city of the particular zone (1-5), followed by CH, followed by Craglorn.Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...
