I know B2P is the hot topic of the day, but watching the Twitch announcement made me aware of a different issue: at one point, they showed a character killing a merchant in Daggerfall. I had assumed some NPCs would be exempt from the Justice System to deter griefing, and that merchants would be among them. Since apparently they're not, I have to wonder: what's to stop people from repeatedly killing every merchant in a city just to annoy those who are trying to sell loot? Particularly the lone ones inside shops - just when you might need to visit an enchanter....
Being able to sell/buy things is vital as anyone with a perpetually full inventory knows, and this has the potential to become a problem, especially prior to the full implementation of the JS with world PvP.
