Great....
I'm pretty sure this mechanic is the same thing allowing NBs to perma-stun as well, they just have to target player instead of target ground.
Perma-stun regardless of why or where it came from is unacceptable, after you are stunned, slowed, set off-balance, disoriented, snared, rooted etc. you should receive total immunity to all crowd controlling effects for at least 20 seconds.

The 8 seconds you get when you break free are totally ok, if they would really work. You get jumped by a nightblade, break free, dodge roll, only to get talon'd by a dk. stuff like this is what makes it unfair.

Like i said, it's not about nerfing a skill, it's about getting rid of these exploits. if blazing spear needs something, then it is a little buff, not a nerf.
I don't want these skills nerfed into uselessness, but I would support a change that keeps them viable but stops potential for abuse

u have the ability to block, u wont get stunned.. easy peasy!

With which skill?

The number one thing I've learned in PvP is every class has something that if used in the right (wrong?) way can be exploited to hell and back. Perma sounds to me like being hit by multiple spears and not having a way to escape/ enough Stamina.
I throw spears to stun people all the time in PvP and so do others. Make sure you're not getting perma stun mixed up with "damn 10 templars just stunned me in succession with their spears"
