Is the Sorcerer a good PvP class?

Unfortunately I don't find killing groups of bad PVP players on the buff servers enjoyable or a good measure of class balance. Again, DK NB and Templar have PVP AOE tank builds that work well against *gasp* mostly competent players; which the sorc does not. So, to the OP who was asking if sorcs are good at PVP: yes, if you like running from fights. If you foresee yourself ever having an inkling of wanting to play an AOE PVP tank, roll another class.

Dat negate!

Sorc's dropping well timed negates in a group is pretty cool.

Here is a different type of sorc build for solo play, doesn't require negate and AoE spam, but playing a sorc in pvp does require more work to kill pretty much any other class, (except maybe night blades)

Maybe the only option for a solo sorc right now is to throw on a sword and sheild for defensive posture's reflect.
