Spear shards is one of the few effective PvP skills in the templar's arsenal, but its Y-axis has been fiddled with so that you cannot throw the spear onto keep walls, on the ground below outposts and various other ledges as you used to be able to.
Why @Zenimax, why? First fiery reach and now this. Why make PvP less and less interesting and diverse all the time?

What patch is this planned for? Having these long standing issues addressed would really remove some of the longstanding frustration for templars.

I actually see this happening more often with any ground targeted spells, caltrops, fiery rune, sorc lightning pool(don't laugh).
Seems that when they have to respond to a Z axis, they end up targeted at caster's feet.
