Hi, I am trying to patch my ESO client. After opening the launcher, it sits there for 30 seconds or more deciding if it is going to download, and eventually comes back with an error as follows

lordpSoul ShrivenI'm getting the same error. I believe this is a problem at their end, I'm getting a DNS error trying to access the test files mentioned in the KB article.
Resolving live.patcher.elderscrollsonline.com (live.patcher.elderscrollsonline.com)... failed: Name or service not known.
