[BUG] Cyrodiil RAVAGE some stats from me

i am a 14 VR NB hero
when enter to PVP location(HOME Campaign) it ravage some stamina and weapon dmg from me
Battle Level option OFF (with On - the same)
outside of PVP location i have 2703 stamina and 229 weapon dmg
in Cyrodiil - 2683 and 225....
please fix this...
