As anyone who 'grew up' in the PnP world of gaming they have a -4 poison save and are extreamly dangerious.
All things considered, I VOTE that ZOS add some sort of phaze spider lore, name, journal on the ground kind of thing.

Syntse✭✭✭✭✭Best success comes if the one with red stripes is just obliterated once entered. All this time was exactly one patch. Some bugs in other MMO's have been around for years and several patch cycles. Sometimes they even would get accepted as features

Today we were able to kill the boss, the first 3 times attacking from the left, the boss hides away, but if you climb the rocks at your left hand (including picture of this point) when you attack her from there the spider turns to you and does not disappear.

Killed it solo this way.

Sorry to resurrect the thread, but I killed all the spiders and got no credit. The location is still marked as a black skull on my map.1

JekerlmodWe took a look at this issue this morning and found an issue if you pull the spiders outside of the walls during the fight. The spiders won't leash, but you won't get credit. This will be fixed internally and should go to Live soon.
You can get credit for the event if you fight and kill the spiders and don't pull them beyond the walls. Hopefully this helps. Thanks for the report!Jeremy Sera
