I had this once.

This might help:

Uninstall them all.
Uninstall Minion (if you have it).
(re-)install Minion
Install all add-ons via minion.

ok I update LibAddonMenu to Version: 2.0 r16 and change all addons for others from others page and its solved problem

This is an issue of original Azurah (and Srendarr). Kith (original author) does not have enough spare time to maintain his addons, so I'm updating his addons here:
Azurah - Interface Enhanced (for Update 5)
Srendarr - Aura, Buff & Debuff Tracker (for Update 5)

Also I can see that you have old TreasureMaps. This addon probably won't work too. I recommend switching to Lost Treasure (or my modified version).

As for the Recount - this addon is not currently maintained and you should consider switching to another addon. For example Combat Log Statistics, CombatAnalytics or pretty good damage meter has Foundry Tactical Combat.
If you want to stick with Recount, make sure that you have installed this version - Recount (Update 5).
