Hi there, I deposited a lot of runes into my bank from one of my toons, but in the process they all disappeared, and it suddenly said "Bank currently unavailable". I can't remember exactly what runes they were, but there was a lot, 50 Jejota, lots of Makko, and heaps of others. I have been saving up most of those for most of my time on the game. I submitted an in-game help ticket but I'm not sure it was received. Is there a lot of chance that my runes are going to be able to get restored to me? Thanks
