The negativity on this forum is directly correlated with the lack of information provided by ZOS.

More info = less questions = better player understanding = less player frustration = happier players = longer subs = more content = more players = better game.

I'm not blaming the CSR staff, but there is a huge misunderstanding at the top, likely one (or more) of the development managers/producers/directors, that leads to unhappy customers.

They seem to think that by not providing information they are making the game more "immersive". Instead, they are only making it harder to play. The immersion should be superficial, not built within the mechanics. Almost every tooltip is missing core mechanic information, there is no concrete data on the buffs and which are better overall, data figures provided for abilities are extremely inaccurate, bugs that shouldn't be there are left to "balance" the system, things are implemented that should have been tested more extensively but are not because new content is the priority, stealth "fixes/buffs/nerfs", etc.

All these things have happened, and continue to happen, because the uppers at ZOS have no idea what the players and customers want. Even this whole debacle with the CP points and leaving VR+ players in the cold proves this.

@ZOS everyone - FYI: If you completely change a system, you NEED to have ALL the information understood, agreed upon, and ready to implement, by the ENTIRE staff, and communicate the entirety of the plan with the people that are being affect the most, your paying customers.
