Scroll Trading - Spam on Chillrend (EU)

For a few minutes, two players kept dropping and picking up scrolls, which resulted in the entire campaign being spammed with messages in the center of the screen.
It looked like this and they kept trading and trading until someone took the scroll back from them:
Sorry for the bad quality of the screenshot (crappy laptop) but imagine getting those notifications when you're raiding, it's awful ...
Submitted tickets 141228-000923 and 141228-000928 for the 2 players involved.
It would be great if this kind of behaviour resulted in sanctions from @ZOS.
