At 1% of my update after downloading my game i keep getting a WebGet failure. I have tried everything on the support list and I still can't get it to stop. Would it have anything to do with a weak wifi connection?

Feel free to try with an ethernet cable or someone else's wifi, it could simply be a problem with your own connection.

Sometimes you need to go into Windows Firewall, delete any ESO apps, then restart the download or game and reallow them through the firewall when the window comes up. Close any game instances that are running before deleting them from the firewall rules.
