Bug with party chat and switching characters

If you are in a group and then you log out (without leaving the group), when you log in to a different character you can see the group chat from your previous character. You can't speak in this chat on the new character, you can only see their messages.

Happens to me to. I think it started sometime after Update 5 as I never saw it happen before that. The old group also still sees your character as being logged on.
