Kicked from Server due to Alpha Tools?

Hi folks and supporters,
this evening I ran a Craglorn delve solo and was switching builds and weapons between mobs with the Alpha Tool addon (yeah, I know it's discontinued). Just prior to attacking a boss I was kicked from the server with Error 318 stating that I had used up my limit of chat messages (or something). Thing is, I did not chat or send chat messages at all. But there are those alpha tools notifications popping up in chat stating that a setup has been loaded, swapped, etcetera.
Now could it be that said notifications are regarded as chat messages by the Thought Police and that I was therefore kicked from the server? I don't see any other reason why this would be happening...
Any of you folks had the same issue maybe or can come up with some help?

First thing, this message is a false positive most of the time. I have been kicked twice for this same thing and I don't use Alpha Tools and at the time I was not in any guilds so my outbound chatting was nil. Now that I am in a chatty guild I have lots of text that I am putting into chat. I have not been kicked since.
Your best recourse is to request a call back from Customer Support and they can get you back into the game rather quickly. And, if you were swapping out your gear repeatedly over and over again quickly, stop that if it is generating a bunch of chat messages. Pick a load and use it for a bit.
Is there an option in Alpha Tools to suppress those?

✭✭✭✭✭When there is a network hiccup (either on your side or the server's), the communication that was being sent to the server tends to 'pile up', and when the hiccup is gone, it gets delivered all at once, possibly triggering a spam alert.
The addon is not a direct cause, but since it adds to the amount of messages being sent, having it increases the odds of being kicked when this happens.1 -

ZOS_AlvinM✭✭Hi @Menelaos. Try to disable any AddOns if they are installed. If this doesn't work, please type /bug in the in-game chat box and log the following information:
•The entire error message
•What zone you were in when the error happened
•If you were in a particular cave or dungeon
