Of what use are "ravage" potions? E.g., Panacea of Ravage Health. If none, then why can we make them at all?

✭✭Potions can only affect the person using them, so no use at all.
They were probably originally intended to be poisons, so you could poison foes, but if so then they don't work yet.People believe what they either want to be true or what they are afraid is true!
