Didnt lag at all last night.

They do something? Servers on Thorn were capped on pop and i was playing very smoothly. Most of my guild said the same thing. A couple still lagged but they have older specs and not that great internet. Anyone else experience Cyrodiil smooth last night? Was pretty epicz

I crashed twice . When EP ran into Ales sparkes shot out of the back of my laptop N my house lights dimmed . A public service announcement interrupted My episode of Family Guy . I heard helicopters over my house after . It was terrible .

For the first time in Eso history, I haven't gotten stuck in the charge animation once during primetime.

it may not be the best fix to reduce the population cap but at least it is working so I won't complain. This is hopefuly just a temporarily solution.

Least lag myself and group had seen in a long time during prime time. It seems this was the most effective change they have made. I'm not against smaller cyr populations, it might make it more interesting/easier to fill more than one campaign.

Side note- saw the AD queue hit ~30, which was the longest queue I've seen since the AD exodus on NA thorn. EP is probably seeing queue times similar to the old AD queues.

It was definitely better, by far the biggest improvement since everything went wonky. We had a pile of AD when we took BRK and things went suspiciously smooth. Even when we were all piled on the flags I put down three oils as a test and there wasn't any probs.

Can anyone at ZOS give us actual numbers of what the population bars (now) represent? They admit they've lowered the cap, so it's not some great secret.

Yep, was a lag-free experience. Maybe we could use of of the other campaigns for overflow. You know, have a second PVP campaign with some decent PVP on it so people don't have to wait in queues. Now, which faction's PVEers would be less prone to heart attacks from losing their campaign buffs?

Tiny bit of rubber banding, at the time I thought. Great, here we go again. Nothing though, that was it, no lag to speak of. Did lose connection once but that was my end not the game.

All in all, pretty good.

saw the que was 90 on EP for NA Thorn went to Chillrend , was no lag but there were only 70 people on the server 50 DC pveing keeps , and 20 EP trying to stop them, but they had already pved the whole map but 2 keeps before we got there , ooo Rvdoor exciting .

Yeah, my friends are waiting half hour or more to get into pvp. Cyrodiil has just become an exclusive night club.

Only if people are a-holes about asking it. I posted that exact question yesterday. I don't expect an answer, but my post hasn't been deleted, and I don't expect it will be.

If the lower caps are a necessary part of fixing the lag, then so be it. There are other campaigns that can use some additional population. If the q's continue, people will move.
