There is no dawn-guard, its just basic guards.

And on my Nightblade I will be 'The Grey Fox' but on my Templar I'll be a guard, just because I want to be like "HALT! VIOLATE THE LAW ON MY WATCH WILL YOU?!"

I know, I was just saying I have to be an enforcer so I can kill vampires :P
Something being unbalanced in 1v1 does not imply that it is balanced in group play.

LOL I love that, I can't wait to be walking through a town and seeing someone say that to me... I'm excited for the RP possibilities of this coming in :)

I am not picking any of those options.

I am a role-player! Not hardcore mind you, but all my characters have a background story and some of them are "good", some "chaotic neutral" and some of them are "epic chaotic evil backside-holes" - at least when it comes to quest decisions.

Since the thief part will be in one month before the enforcer part.......I will use that 'free' month to rob everything that is not nailed down.

Although I assume there won't be a system intended for this type of play I think we can make a deal

If I recall correctly from the ESO live Q&A, there will be abilities that you can put skill points into that go along with the Justice System. So it is conceivable that an intimidate or persuade could be a part of that.

The question that now comes to mind is, How would an enforcer actually communicate with a criminal? Perhaps something could be integrated into the chat window where an enforcer somehow receives a "Wanted list" and is able to whisper to that player, "I know what you have done, now Fess up and give me a cut of the take, or I will mow you Down!" To take the idea a bit further, perhaps there is an incentive for the enforcer to persuade the criminal to give up peacefully (xp or gold), so there isn't just an immediate resort to violence. Of course, if the criminal refuses then anything goes!

So my friend and I get together and run a scam. I'm a thief, I take stuff and he's the enforcer and I'm allowed to bribe him off. What's to stop the two of us from just getting rich together? I steal, he "catches" me, I bribe him, my guilt goes away. Do it again, and again.

Foräois - Imperial Sorcerer of Ineptitude.
Widoch - Nord Dragon Knight of Ignorance.
Billy Bob - Dunmer Templar of Chicken and Noodles.

I am a thief, not a murderer. Just like all other TES-games i will break in, pick locks and steal everything i can. I try to do it unseen, but if i get caugh i will defend myself if necesarry.
Also i went Vampire stage 4 so i guess i can't go in a town without being KOS so i will only come at night or using invisibility potions.
I will sleep in caves outside the cities though.

"I am a nightblade. Blending the disciplines of the stealthy agent and subtle wizard, I move unseen and undetected, foil locks and traps, and teleport to safety when threatened, or strike like a viper from ambush. The College of Illusion hides me and fuddles or pacifies my opponents. The College of Mysticism detects my object, reflects and dispels enemy spells, and makes good my escape. The key to a nightblade's success is avoidance, by spell or by stealth; with these skills, all things are possible."

The line between Good & Evil is very murky. My characters do what is right at the time and according to the situation. I usually have an assassin type character that lives by then own code and kills those who deserve death, even if they are a high ranking official or law-keeper. Then sometimes I play an oblivious rose-colored optimist that abides by the law and gets along legally.

It's all about perspective really... I'm sure if some vampires came along and sucked the blood out of a lot of our top politicians, it would be both tragic and welcome. LOL

Hunting vampires could be fun.....Don't care about burglars though. People should get better locks if they don't want their stuff stolen :P
Please stop making requests for game features. ZOS have enough bad ideas as it is!

Are we absolutely sure that - only - Outlaw content will be implemented in Update 6?
I mean, we all know that the PvP elements of Justice System will in a future Update, but as I've understood there will be PvE quests available as well.
Maybe Enforcers will be able, for the time being, to pick up Bounty quests targeting NPC's (I'm thinking a similar thing to the PvE-quest hubs in Cyrodiil).

Anyhow... At the moment I got the song "Innocent" by Addis Black Widow spinning in my head

Not sure exactly, my understanding was that both outlaw an enforcer content would be added this patch but without the ability to fight each other.

    @ZOS_GinaBruno could you clarify this?

This one is a friendly khajiit. She'd never harm anybody! Now, if some poor, lonesome, insufficiently guarded item were to find its way into khajiit's pack, that's another matter.

Thanks bruh! But, I feel like the "unkillable NPCs" shouldn't include guards. Guards should be done similar to the way fable did it. You get a bounty, you kill all the guards around you, more guards come into town searching for you, if you hide good enough then you're in the clear, but these new guards would slowly get stronger than the old guards so you couldn't infinitely kill them to gain XP

I don't think the guards will remain unkillable. If they remain unkillable when they include he chance for players to fight alongside them then we've got a major issue on our hands! And a broken system before it even launches.

I'd love to hear ZOS chime in on this but we all know they don't give away any information to us criminal subscribers prior to content being released. Just what it is. Stupid, but it is what it is.

It's good to see that such a powerful system is actually split pretty evenly between people so there won't be a huge number of people on one side of things, say thievery, without the other side to balance them out

My main won't do anything to tarnish her sparkling reputation, however my NB will be extremely murderous if we ever see the dark brother hood. He'll also steal what he needs to level through the thieves guild.
