Billing Issue

I have been trying to renew my account for some time now and my payment keeps getting declined even though there is plenty of $$ on the card to cover the sub and then some.

Hey, @Valdez‌. Payments can sometimes be declined if the billing address on your ESO account differs even slightly from the address listed on your card statement. For instance, if you have "109 Maple Street" on your bank statement and "109 Maple ST" on your ESO account, the payment may be denied. Please double check to make sure that both addresses match character -for-character. If they do match and you're still unable to renew, please don't hesitate to come back here and let us know!

Well I would let you know but I am now unable to access my account page. I receive the following error.

To get past that error, please either try using a different browser or clearing your cache and cookies. That should get you onto the account page.

Everything was entered perfectly and matched that on the card and it still failed.

Honestly, you guys need to just offer prepaid game time codes purchased directly from the online site. This crap is ridiculous and I cannot even play now and I'm missing my entire chance to earn vampirism for the day to top it off.
