Yeah, it still happens a lot.
In fact, now it's actually easier to trigger it on purpose than before... that's some "fix" right and there.

And I am beginning to suspect it actually is my router's fault - I mean Z clearly stated it was fixed at their end.
Nothing else left to blame than my router; I never liked him... he looks mean! All black and red and mysterious.
Clearly up to no good...

This has been happening since release. The staff that is fixing the games bugs are not removing old files when they repair new things so bugs like this return over and over and over and over and over. Sometimes i think someone is purposely sabotaging this game.

Keeping this on the radar as it is now worse than ever after today's patch. Didn't see anything in the notes that would account for it being worse. After every crate, desk, etc I am now in this weird walking position. Also just trying to walk around the map out of no where the glitch kicks in and I am constantly stopping and starting again just trying to walk because of it.

Please put this somewhere near the top of the list soon.

Everytime I see that animation I think they look like speed skaters.

I am plagued by this bug as well. Usually when I go to stand from a sneaking position or bent over looting things from crates etc. Hope they come up with a fix soon as this is February. From the looks of these posts, it has been going on for several months. Really starting to get annoying....:/

I agree. This bug has gone without a fix for so long. It's gone from a temporarily tolerable nuisance to exceedingly aggravating and annoying by now.

mine always happens after utilising a crafting station, she looks like she walking with bow legs, its quite funny. But when I stop walking it returns to normal

got the same, toon moves like ice skating comming out of a wayshrine or instance
just jumping stops the weird animation.

Most of the time i get it after using eitehr a crafting station of the dye station also.

I personally find it fairly amusing if a little strange.

We're aiming to have this issue resolved on 1.6, which is currently live on the PTS. If you happen to have played around a bit on the PTS, can you let us know if the issue persisted?

I just played around on PTS for a little while testing this, and it does appear that it is fixed in 1.6.
