NO Scroll Buffs Azura EU

Earlier today ep had all the buffs, the alliance war/bonuses tab listed all of them as active but they weren't actually applied to players.
I walked around in Belkarth looking around and (according to S'rendarr) no one seems to have the buffs from Azura.1 -

✭✭In PvP the strongest faction needs no buffs and in PvE no one should have any buffs from PvP.
