NO Scroll Buffs Azura EU

Not just scroll buff, no buffs at all.

Earlier today ep had all the buffs, the alliance war/bonuses tab listed all of them as active but they weren't actually applied to players.
I walked around in Belkarth looking around and (according to S'rendarr) no one seems to have the buffs from Azura.

If that applies to all factions in PVE ....thats fine by me.

i say its kind of a good thing. it will tick off the PvErs that only homed for the buffs:D

U don't get it guys. There are no buffs at all. Not even in PvP.

To be honest... as long as it applies to everyone... I am good with that too.
Bet AD are still getting low pop buff though...cos....eso

In PvP the strongest faction needs no buffs and in PvE no one should have any buffs from PvP.

And usually it's the same situation with the buffs for the whole part of your faction who assigned said campaign as home, at least that seemed to be the case for the last 9 months.
