Dark flare in general is so in need of an overhaul @ZoS. The damage should scale a little higher, the debuff shouldn't stack, instead of increasing weapon/spell power of the next attack (which is broken anyways) it should just flat out increase the templar's power for 6 seconds and the projectile should be sped up significantly.

Pretty much sums up the changes needed. In fact all Templar ranged attacks need to hit a little bit harder but more importantly faster, probably at the same pace as Crystal Frags. No reason not to.
