    The quote below and my answer to it happened in topic where Devs explained what happened with patch 1.5.3 and why non of patch notes actualy made it to live server.

    An Dunmer, a Argonian, and a Nord are wandering through Cyrodiil when they are captured by the guards of Imperial City. They are marched in front of the Captain of the Guard, who says: "You'll each receive 20 lashes of the whip before you are thrown out of our lands. You may have one wish granted to ease your suffering while you are punished."

    The Dunmer steps forward and requests that a pillow be tied to his back while he is whipped. After ten lashes, the pillow breaks, leaving the Dunmer to endure ten painful lashes. The Argonian is up next. Grinning smugly, he asks for two pillows to be strapped to his back, and escapes without the whip finding his skin. The Nord is last. "What's your wish to ease your suffering, Nord?"
    asks the Captain.

    Looking around, the Nord smiles and says: "Strap the Argonian to my back."
    If you find yourself alone, riding in green fields with the sun on your face, do not be troubled; for you are in Elysium, and you're already dead
