i truely hate those very annoying ingame messages telling me this stuff and i hope it gets fixed soon.

✭I don't mind when it's someone I actually know. ("Your Friends and fellow Guild Members @name", which amused me since it was only one person, and I didn't know she could be friends plural). But I'm in three large trading guilds, and yes - 95% of the time I have no idea who the person is.
It does make me laugh when someone's time for a trial is in the 300 minute+ mark because of all the deaths. I had one today which was 586 minutes!Guildmaster of the UESP Guild on the North American PC/Mac Server 2350+ CP & also found on the European PC/Mac Server 1700+ CP

I'll even provide some pseudocode if that helps.
UI Filter section
- contains checkboxes for filter states for different notifications and store in variables (or even an array) (boolean type)
Notification code instert
IF <filtervariable> NotEqual TRUE then ... display notification
ELSE ... don't display notifcation
Badge: Wall-of-Text GRANDMASTER
PvP: Patch Vs. Player
ZoSence (n.):
1) What is reasonable or comprehensive using ZoS logic. "That makes ZoSense"

✭✭This could be fixed by just putting a checkbox in all your guilds to remove or accept notifications but since they prolly have one monkey working part time on the UI (else I can't understand how it can suck this much) they prolly don't have the time to dev this.

Yup totally agreed. They're massively irritating. I want fine control over ALL notifications in-game. Whether they come from people on my friends list or from guilds etc, I should be able to choose which ones I will see.
In my opinion the ONLY messages you shouldn't be able to block are the ones from ZoS concerning an impending server downtime. That's it.0
