Launcher wont load. Cannot login if I bypass the launcher. Error 201.

Getting error 201 whenever I try to load the game. Either the launcher freezes for a long time then says unable to download manifest or if I try to launch bypassing the launcher it says unable to login when I enter my information also error 201. Was working fine last night when I went to sleep. Nothing changed and now it wont work. All other websites and games load fine.

✭✭✭Update. If I use ultrasurf proxy the launcher loads normally but when I hit play and the actual game loads it says "unable to download news" and when I try to login it sits there for a minute then says "unable to login error 201".0 -

✭✭✭I guess it must be just me. Tried a new computer same thing. reset my cable modem. reset my router. Took the router out and connected directly to the cable modem. Nothing works. I cannot go to elderscrollsonline.com so I cant redownload the game either. Confused as hell as to what is the problem.0 -

✭✭✭I play LOTRO, DDO and SWTOR as well sometimes (they are all free so I can come and go lol). All games just patched and worked fine except this one. Im having a hard time believing its my end. Let me ask you something do you have comcast internet? Just wondering if its something between comcast and bethesda.0 -
