In the dye UI, the colors on the armor show up fine. I hit apply changes then exit. The colors show up for a split second on my character then revert back to the original colors. Anyone else having this issue?

    I haven't had this issue exactly, but I have had problems with armour and weapons that I have unequipped showing up on my character.

    Usually logging out and back in again fixes that display issue, what happens when you do that - do you have the original colours or the dyed colours?

    Also be sure to use /bug to report the issue in game, a lot of people are having similar sorts of issues with graphics and animations from no-longer-equipped weapons and armour, so do a proper bug report in game to ensure that Zeni is fully aware of the extent of the issue and has as much info as possible to fix it.

    I have this same problem on just one character, I have submitted two tickets and have never received a reply back. Please someone let me know what the issue is and how they fixed it because I have tried everything I know.

    Hey there @Cheylj,

    If you are submitting tickets using the /bug feature, you will not receive a reply from Customer Support. To receive a reply, we ask that you use /help.

    If you are running any add ons, please disable all of them and let us know if the dye stations begin to work again!

    I turned off all addons, I tried different gear, I tried different pc's. Like I said it only happens with this one character and no others so far. All my other characters seem top work fine at the dye station with all addons running. I am at a loss, I looked at PC settings etc, everything I could think of. Once I dye items , save and exit the chages are there for a split second then go away.

    Hey there @Cheylj,

    It may be a stuck effect on that particular character, especially if it occurs between multiple PCs. While it's not an elegant solution, the easiest way to clear odd effects on your character is to die and resurrect. Please give that a shot and then give a quick try to the dye stations.

    If that doesn't help, let us know and we'll be happy to open up a ticket for you!

    I have the exact same problem. I have tried dieing, logging in all my other charecters, & multiple other things. Nothing helps. My main toon can dye and wear armor just fine. I submitted a ticket and never heard anything back. The only thing that is novel about this toon is he was created the first day of release and never played again until recently.

    I am going to try another ticket but its a bit frustrating.

    I have died over and over and it still doesn't change anything, dye stations still not working for me on just the one character. It's more annoying then anything else because I know it's supposed to work. lol

    i have 2 NA accounts with 8 characters each. The onnly character affected like what is described above is a bosmer NB who is low level.
    VR14 Templar, VR14 DK, VR8 DK, VR7 NB, VR1 Sorcerer;
    All 3 Alliances;
    2 Pre-order Imperial Accounts, yes that means 16 characters on NA alone

    I have the same problem with my HighElf Sorc. In dye station everything is ok. Outside standard ugly colours. It makes me so angry I wanna delete the game. But I know it's just a bug and can be repaired somehow.
    The funniest thing is on char select I see the changes. Not in game. Relog, different PC etc. Nothing works.
    If it's problem with character please write it here I'll send any ticker or anything.(I'm new here, so I have to learn everything).

    EDIT:
    I've checked something. I have stucked my armour graphics on character. I made my char "nude" with no visual change. O.o

    EDIT2:
    @ZOS_GaryA
    I know what is the "problem" - the costume. Low level chars has the costume: Vulkher Guard First Marine Disguise. That changes the look and makes no visual changes when changing armors or dyes armors. That's not a bug but probably not everyone thinks about it. I propose you to change the disguise to have the option "On/Off"

    Hey there @Ryuukami,

    You can remove costumes on your character by un-equipping them. Costumes are located to the left of the Jewelry section in the Equipment menu. Hope that helps!

    I've done it already. I think maybe add the option to show or not show the costume?
