Soul Summons possibly not working

I have 2 skills points allocated to Soul Summons. Prior to patch 1.5.4 a Soul Summons icon appeared in the Active Effects portion of the character screen with a timer counting down to when the effect next became active. Post 1.5.4 this icon no longer shows (I'm just seeing the Mundus Stone). I've haven't died post 1.5.4 so I'll have to wait and see if the whole passive is screwed or whether it's another UI issue.

The only thing that shows up in Active Effects for Soul Summons is the cooldown for the skill. If you haven't died recently, it would make sense that nothing is showing up.
If you die and still don't notice anything in that tab, let us know and we'll be happy to take a look!0 -
