Maps of crafting cache/survey locations

Are there any maps of the crafting cache/survey locations (the ones you receive from completing daily crafting writs)? I've searched and looked through the addons, but I can't find any information.

Lobharvey✭✭✭There aren't any just yet, but the author of the addon Lost Treasure is currently collecting survey report locations to include in the addon. It can be found here: Lost Treasure. In the meantime I've also thrown together a list here of known locations of the reports I've run across or pulled out of the forums. Hope it helps and good luck finding more of them! :-)1
